Tech Care built the different Apps as Commercial apps intended for use as is. This privacy policy is designed to inform you about how we handle your data when you use one of our apps. If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the following policy.
Data Collection and Use
Some apps like the VO2 Tests might use Apple’s HealthKit to record specific health data during your fitness tests. This includes:
- Heart rate
- VO2 max values
- Distance ran (for specific tests)
Upon first launching one of our apps, you might be prompted to give consent for the recording of these data types. These data are stored securely within HealthKit and are not accessible to us outside of your device. We only access these data to provide you with your test results and to update your HealthKit records.
Anonymous Usage Analytics
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how our apps are used and improve the experience. This includes:
- Which features and screens are viewed (e.g., “paywall was opened”, “a beep test was started”)
- Whether key flows are completed (e.g., onboarding, purchases)
- General app usage patterns
This data is fully anonymous and aggregated. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal identifiers, IP addresses, device IDs, or any data that could be used to identify you. History Log
Whenever you use our Service, your health and fitness data remain on your Apple Watch or iPhone; no health data is collected or stored externally. The apps might record and store information locally on your device. These data are only used, for example, to provide you with your test history, allowing you to track your progress over time.
Security
All health and fitness data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device’s built-in security features. We do not have access to these data and do not transmit them off your device. The only data transmitted externally is the anonymous usage analytics described above, which contains no personal or health information.

This Service does not contain links to other sites, except for the Apple App Store and our official website.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 13 years of age.
